Jeison Rosario is scheduled to face once-beaten Julian Williams on January 18th for the IBF, WBA and IBO super welterweight titles at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia. FOX will televise the contest.

The broadcast begins at 8PM ET/5PM PT and will also feature undefeated rising star Chris "Prime Time" Colbert taking on former champion Jezreel Corrales for the interim-WBA super featherweight title as the co-main event.

Rosario is training through the holidays in order to enter the ring in the best shape possible.

"This year we will not celebrate Christmas and the New Year. We are committed to arriving in the best physical condition for this fight," Rosario told BoxingScene.com from Sunrise, Florida.

"I have to compromise for my family, my team, my promoter Sampson Lewkowicz and all my followers. This is the fight of my life. I know that Williams is a warrior and I must arrive prepared for whatever he brings on January 18th in Philadelphia.

"When I started boxing, like everyone, I set a goal. This is the fight that everyone in this business is looking for. I want to thank all the people who made this fight possible, especially Sampson Boxing Promotions."

Rosario's trainer believes his boxer has what it takes to get a knockout.

"We're training to fight for twelve rounds. But we know that our opportunity will be in breaking Williams' game plan. The first half of the fight will be decisive. My boy is ready to go the distance and also has the power to knock Wiiliams out if we have the opportunity," said head trainer Chiro Perez.

"We have completed 70 rounds of sparring so far. We have a solid team and we hope to reach 120 rounds to arrive in the best possible condition. In addition, we are performing the VADA exams to comply with fair play. We have a chance and we will put in all our effort to win these titles.

"When you match two boys with power, anything can happen in a second. This is a real title fight because the power of each of them can end this fight. We know it and they know it, and we are prepared to win that fight."
