Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach is planning to work the corner of WBA cruiserweight champion Denis Lebedev (25-2, 19KOs), when he defends his title for the third time against undefeated Pawel Kolodziej (33-0, 18KOs) on September 27th in Moscow, Russia. Roach has a very busy scheduled in the fall, with fights coming up with Manny Pacquiao, Ruslan Provodnikov, Zou Shiming, Miguel Cotto and others.

"I'm going to give him a hundred percent, I'll be in his corner," said Roach. "I plan to stay in Moscow for five days. In general I have a lot of fights this year, but I'll be in Russia."

"Denis is gradually getting in shape for the fight, but his condition is already good enough. Of course, he was upset because of the situation with Guillermo Jones, but this is only a small disappointment, which made him stronger. Denis is a good fighter, he has a lot of desire and pressure. He is a true champion who is constantly working to his fullest. Denis will return to Moscow for two weeks before the fight and will work in a more easier pace."
