Former world champion Raul "Rayito" Garcia is in top physical condition to regain the strawweight title against undefeated Colombian Luis de la Rosa. The interim-WBO title will be at stake in their bout. This fight will take place on Saturday October 30 in Cartagena, Colombia, as part of the annual convention of the World Boxing Organization (WBO).

“Rayito”, who reigned as the IBF champion is traveling Tuesday to South America with his team headed by Edrulfo Castillo. García (28-1-1, 17 KO´s) will have experience on his side, while De la Rosa (14-0-1, 8 KO´s) is going to have the local backing of a hometown Colombian crowd.
