The final show of the year for Golden Boy Promotions avoided any scale fails.

All participants made weight during the official pre-fight weigh-in ceremony ahead of this weekend’s show from The Commerce Casino & Hotel in Commerce, California (Saturday, DAZN, 8:00 p.m. ET).

Headlining the show, rising prospect Raul Curiel (11-0, 9KOs) faces Brad Solomon in a ten-round welterweight contest. Guadalajara’s Curiel, 27, was 146.6 pounds for his first fight in exactly 52 weeks. Solomon—a 39-year-old divisional gatekeeper from Douglasville, Georgia—weighed 147 pounds, right at the welterweight limit as he aims to end a two-fight losing streak.

Diego De La Hoya tipped the scales at 131 pounds for his scheduled ten-round junior lightweight bout versus Guadalajara’s Jose Santos Gonzalez (23-10-1, 13KOs). A third straight win is sought by the 28-year-old Mexicali native and nephew of Hall-of-Fame former six-division champ Oscar De La Hoya. The other side of the co-feature saw Gonzalez check in at 130.4 pounds in search of ending his seven-fight skid all in the U.S. where he remains winless.
