One of Denmark’s most promising prospects, super featherweight Kim Poulsen (7-1), have been added to the April 4th card in Aarhus, Denmark, where former IBF world title-challenger Allan Vester and super middleweight Fawaz Nasir headline at the NRGI Arena. Team Vester, in cooperation with Risum Boxing, promotes.

Poulsen, Denmark’s youngest professional boxer at 21, is coming off a dominant unanimous decision over tough journeyman Lubos Priehradnik on February 9th, in what was his Danish television debut. He is managed by Risum Boxing, and manager Henrik Risum is proud to be able to showcase the up-and-coming stylist on the card, saying:

“Allan and Fawaz are the local stars on this show, but Kim is from nearby Horsens, and I am sure quite a few people from there will drive to Aarhus to watch him take another step upwards in his career. We are aiming to make a really interesting match-up for Kim, and I am confident he will impress again like he did on February 9th, where his progress caught a lot of eyes”.

The Team Vester promotion will also feature amateur-boxing and Kickboxing, and introduce a whole new concept in Denmark where some of the countries leading rap-artists perform before, between and after the fights.  Additional fighters for the show will be announced soon.
