Former junior flyweight champion Gilberto Keb (35-21-4, 22KOs) is going to get another chance at a title. Keb lost the title last April when he was stopped by countryman Adrian Hernandez. After going through some promotional issues, Keb settled his issues with Pepe Gomez. Keb plans to fight in February in Cancun, Mexico. The Mexican veteran's promoter has promised him a summer fight with the new WBC junior flyweight champion Kompayak Porpramook, who last December won the title from Adrian Hernandez. Gomez is working out the details on the title fight.
