The official weighin is in the books for the fighters involved in the WBC title bouts this Friday were successfully conducted at the Edion Arena in Osaka.

The undefeated WBC bantamweight champion, Shinsuke Yamanaka, will be defending his crown in a rematch bout with Panamanian Anselmo 'Chemito' Moreno. While Hugo Ruiz will be defending his super bantamweight crown for the first time, against former world champion Hozumi Hasegawa.

Yamanaka weighed in at 118-pounds, while Moreno was 117.75. Ruiz and Hasegawa both weighed in at 122.

Yamanaka is super confident prior to his clash. While the challenger, Moreno, commented that his motivation focuses upon gaining a full measure of revenge, following their initial clash of September 2015.

Ruiz commented he's very relaxed highlighting his meticulous strength preparation in Mexico.  Hasegawa stresses he's ready to win the fight big, and with ease.
