The weights are in for the big card in Tijuana, Mexico. The show, promoted by Zanfer Promotions, will be televised by Azteca 7, La Casa del Boxeo. In the main event, Alejandro “Alex” López (24-2-0, 7 KO’s), the 25-year-old hometown favorite from Tijuana, will take on 26-year-old Colombian Jhonatan “Momo” Romero (22-0-0, 12 KO’s) for the vacant IBF super bantamweight championship. Both Lopez and Romero weighed in at the division limit of 122-pounds.
