WBC silver junior middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez works flawlessly and at a steady pace in training camp. Alvarez is being watched closley by his trainer, Jose 'Chepo' Reynoso, as they prepare for their commitment of December 4 at the port of Veracruz, Mexico.

Starting today, American welterweight veteran Emanuel Augustus, joined the camp as a sparring partner to prepare Alvarez for the fight with IBO welterweight champion Lovemore Ndou.

To give him the proper welcome, Emanuel was made to go five rounds of tough sparring with Alvarez. Canelo did very well during the session.

Augustus worked smoothly and ensured brought his vast experience in the ring to Team Canelo, which includes a clash with Floyd Jr. Maywheater

To make sure Canelo is properly prepared for the fight with Ndou, he is taking part in two tough training sessions on a daily basis.
