Saul "Canelo" Alvarez is looking very strong in camp as he prepares for his upcoming fight with Matthew Hatton, which is set for March 5 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. He is sparring every other day with boxers of the the same weight to achieve his best physical shape.

"Canelo " aims to become the third Mexican to win the WBC crown at 154-pounds. Guadalupe Aquino won it in 1987, and Oscar De La Hoya, who became a naturalized Mexican, won it in 2002. "Canelo" and his team, led by Edison Reynoso, plan to travel to California this weekend, after training in the gym located at El Progreso in Guadalajara, where the 20 year old boxer grew up.
