Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas/Photos by Mary Ann Owen - In a crossroads battle of super bantamweight contenders, Teon Kennedy (17-1-2, 7KOs) and Chris Martin (23-1-3, 6KOs) fought to a close ten round majority draw. The scores were 97-93 Kennedy, 95-95 and 95-95.

Cuban super lightweight prospect Yordenis Ugas (11-0, 5KOs) won an eight round unanimous decision over Esteban Almarez (10-4, 4KOs). The scores were 79-72, 79-72 and 80-71.

In a welterweight bout, Anthony Lenk (13-1, 7KOs) destroyed previously undefeated Wendel Henley (8-1-1, 7KOs) in the first round. Henley got stunned with a counter on the chin and then Lenk swarmed him with combinations against the ropes. Referee Joe Cortez jumped in to stop the fight.

Super bantamweight prospect Jesse Magdaleno (8-0, 5KOs) won a hard-fought six round unanimous decision over a game Shawn Nichol (5-8, 5 KOs). All three judges saw it 60-54. Magdaleno was in full control with his superior boxing skills, with Nichol displaying a decent chin with the flush punches he was able to withstand.
