Lomachenko will now moves forward with his plan to unify the entire division - which means a fight in 2020 with the winner of the December IBF title clash between Richard Commey and Teofimo Lopez.

A slow first round, with both fighters sizing each other up. A good left hand from Campbell may have gotten Lomachenko's attention. Lomachenko began to pick up the pace in the second, with Campbell holding his own. In a close third where both hand their moments, Lomachenko landed the best shot of the round that snapped back the head of Campbell.

Campbell was in trouble at the end of the fifth, when Lomachenko nailed him with a big shot to the body that really hurt the British boxer real bad. Luckily the shot came late in the fight, as Campbell withstood the charge until the bell rang.

The action continued to be close, with Lomachenko having a slight edge. Campbell appeared to hurt Lomachenko during the seventh with a combo to the head and body, but then Lomachenko came back to rock and hurt Campbell in the closing seconds with a variety of punches.

They were trading solid shots during the eight. Lomachenko had the edge with his punches. Both fighters were tired in the championship rounds and having moments.

In the eleventh, Lomachenko landed a series of hard shots to the head and body that finally dropped Campbell. Campbell was able to survive until the bell as Lomachenko looked to finish. In the twelfth, they were both exchanging but it was Lomachenko who had Campbell in trouble once again with a combination of hard shots.
