MONTREAL, QC, CAN. —Sergey Kovalev and Jean Pascal both made weight for their anticipated light heavyweight clash Saturday evening at Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec City, Canada.

Kovalev tipped the scales at 174 lbs. for his first fight as a three-belt light heavyweight titlist (and fifth overall defense of any belt). Pascal, former king of all light heavyweights, came in right at the 175 lb. divisional limit.

In the co-feature, undefeated Vyacheslav Glazkov takes on former cruiserweight champion Steve Cunningham in a pairing of top heavyweight contenders.

Glazkov weighed in at 218.4 lbs, while Cunningham was a lean and ripped 209.6 lbs. Both fighters appear on HBO for the first time.

The opening bout of the evening pits unbeaten light heavyweight Vasily Lepikhin versus Isaac Chilemba in a pivotal crossroads bout.

Lepikhin did his part to remain on the broadcast, coming in at 174.9 lbs. Chilemba will have up to two hours to honor his end of the agreement after showing up at 175.5 lbs., one half-pound above the divisional limit and contracted weight. Chilemba did come back to make the limit.

Nadjib Mohammedi (173 pounds) vs. Lee Campbell (174.2 pounds)

Mohammedi, a 31-year-old from France, is the mandatory challenger for one of the three world titles held by Kovalev, acquiring that right with his seventh-round stoppage of Anatoliy Dudchenko in June 2014. He’s keeping busy with subpar opposition for now, making quick work of 7-7-1 Demetrius Walker in November and now going in against Campbell.

Campbell, 37, of Charlotte, North Carolina, is 8-1 with 4 KOs. He suffered a sixth-round knockout loss to Sullivan Barrera in June 2014, then bounced back with a one-round win over 12-43-2 Mike McFail in October.

Dmitry Mikhaylenko (146.8 pounds) vs. Felipe Teniente (145.3 pounds)

Mikhaylenko, a 28-year-old from Russia, is 18-0 with 7 KOs. He is coming off a 2014 in which he outpointed Sechew Powell and stopped Ronald Cruz.

Teniente, a 24-year-old from Mexico, is 15-3-2 with 6 KOs. He was knocked out in less than four minutes by Silverio Ortiz last October, then had a draw with 7-1-1 Juan Galvan less than one month later.

Yves Ulysse (143.3 pounds) vs. Miguel Antoine (143.9 pounds)

Ulysse, 26, of Montreal, turned pro last year and went 5-0 with 3 KOs. This is his first fight of 2015.

Antoine, who hails from Barbados, is 17-1-1 with 9 KOs. He hasn’t fought since October 2012, when he was knocked out in the first round by Jason Pagara.

David Theroux (144.4 pounds) vs. Lukasz Janik (144.8 pounds)

Theroux, 21, of Quebec, is 5-0 with 3 KOs. He turned pro in June 2014 and is fighting for his first time in 2015. Janik, 26, of Poland, is 13-9-1 with 7 KOs, has lost three of his last four, five of his last seven, and is 5-9-1 in his last 15 fights
