NAGOYA, JAPAN - Highly anticipated light flyweight world title bout between WBO world champion Kosei Tanaka and #1 mandatory challenger and power puncher Angel 'Tito' Acosta is ready to showcase at the tomorrow Saturday May 20 at the  Ocean Arena in Nagoya, Japan.

Both fighters stopped the scale in 108 pounds.

"I feel great, we made the weight easy. I had a great camp and I am ready to put a great performance tomorrow and bring that title to Puerto Rico," said a confident 'Tito' Acosta.

Tanaka (8-0, 5KO's) of Japan, a two division champion, expressed respect for the power of his mandatory challenger Acosta (16-0, 16KO's) when comparing him to his past challenge and former world champion  Mexican Moises Fuentes.

"I can see that he is stronger than Fuentes, he has a lot of power in his punches and a really good boxer," said Tanaka.

Acosta, who recently edged out ten-round TKO to Namibian # 1 ranked Jafet 'The Lion' Uutoni, now stands to take down Tanaka who is promoted by Hatanaka Promotions.

"There is much enthusiasm in our country for this fight," said promoter Hiyoshi Hatanaka.
