Former four division world champion Juan Manuel Marquez was honored in Hidalgo, Texas. During a special ceremony, the Mexican superstar received the Key to the City from Mayor Martin Cepeda. Marquez was mobbed for autographs with fans who waited on long lines to get in the building. Fans were hoping to get a glimpse of the man who knocked out Manny Pacquiao in the sixth round of their fourth battle on December 8th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Marquez did not answer too many questions regarding the future of his boxing career. He said "I'm still thinking about it and talking with my family" when asked about another fight. He said a "fifth world title" was the motivation to consider the continuation of his career and "not necessarily a fifth fight with Pacquiao."
