The next installment of Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) on Bounce TV is set following Thursday's official weigh-in. The full night of action takes place Friday evening at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Nevada (Friday, Bounce TV, 9:00 pm ET/6:00 pm PT).

Headlining the show, former super welterweight titlist Ishe Smith takes on prospect Frank Galarza in a scheduled 10-round affair. Both fighters are coming in off of lengthy layoffs and both facing must-win scenarios.

The locally-based Smith tipped the scales at 157.4 lbs., well above his normal super welterweight limit, but within the contracted weight. Galarza - who travels from Brooklyn, New York - weighed in at a fit-and ready 154 lbs.

Smith (28-8, 12KOs) bounced back from a tough loss to Vanes Martirosyan with a strong 10-round shutout win over another New Yorker in Tommy Rainone last December. He has not fought at all in 2016.

Galarza (17-1-2, 11KOs) has been out of the ring since his first career loss, a 6th round stoppage at the heavy hands of Jarret "Swift" Hurd last November at Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas.

Domonique Dolton (17-0-1, 9KOs) ends his own lengthy layoff, having been out since a controversial draw with Oscar Molina last September as he faces streaking prospect Justin DeLoach (15-1, 8KOs). Dolton landed at the 154 lb. super welterweight limit while DeLoach was well within the mark at 152.4 lbs.;

Alexis Santiago (21-3-1, 8KOs) weighed 120.5 lbs.as he puts his 10-fight win streak on the ine as he faces Jose Cayetano (19-4, 13KOs), who checked in at 121.2 lbs.
