Three-Time Middleweight Champion Felix Sturm invited the media to his private gym in Cologne, Germany, today to showcase his training regime and give the journalists an insight into the preparation for his Feb. 1st IBF World Middleweight Title Eliminator against Australian Sam Soliman, which will take place at the ISS Dome in Dusseldorf.

Felix Sturm: "I'm on the right track to February 1st. I'm already in great shape and I keep getting better and better. Sam Soliman should be in the best possible shape, because I don't intend to lose again for the rest of my career. And I want to get to the 50 fight landmark before retiring. To archive that, I have to be more than ready every time I step into the ring – and I'll make sure that is the case."

Fritz Sdunek, Coach Felix Sturm: "Felix is doing great. We are having a great camp with great sparring. I thoroughly believe that he will clearly beat Soliman on Feb. 1st."

Sturm started the workout with cardio work, before shadowboxing and four rounds at the mitts with his trainer Fritz Sdunek. He concluded the session with strength training and gave interviews to numerous German media outlets afterwards.

Tickets for Sturm vs. Soliman: Hard Way Back are still available at www.eventim.de or by calling +49-1805+570070.
