On Tuesday, former two division world champion  David Haye was present at the 5th St. Gym in Miami, Fla. to witness a sparring session between his good friend, light heavyweight Joe Fournier who is training for his next fight in Belgium.

Haye came to the United States along with Fournier's team, and plans to spend some time in the country because he intends to be present at the Fournier training camp in order to help him for his next fight.

Haye encouraged Fournier during the sparring, and shared some moments with coaches and boxers. In addition, he told us that they are working to face former WBO heavyweight Shannon Briggs in the coming months.

Also present was another former two division world champion, Paulie Malignaggi, who shared some stories with Haye.

Haye and Briggs co-headlined a card last month at the O2 Arena in London, with both getting rapid knockout victories. It was revealed by that Hayemaker that both sides are in talks to make that fight but the terms have not been reached as of yet.

"We are in talks to make that fight, we have nothing definite yet, but it is very possible that in the next few weeks we can reach an agreement and we can make that great fight," Haye said.
