Unbeaten junior lightweight Carlos Diaz will face Alejandro Gonzalez Saturday night, Zanfer Promotions liaison Sean Gibbons told BoxingScene.com.

The 10 round bout will take place at the Deportivo Morelos in Cuajimalpa, Mexico, a southern suburb of Mexico City.

Diaz (20-0 1 NC, 10 KOs) is coming off his most impressive win as a pro in his last fight on May 14. The 21-year-old Diaz won a hard-fought 10 round decision over former world title challenger Robert Marroquin.

Diaz, who resides in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, made his pro debut at the age of 16. He is considered as one of Zanfer Promotions' top unbeaten prospects.

Gonzalez has a record of 17-3 with 11 knockouts and comes from Venezuela.

Opening the beIN Sports en Espanol broadcast will be former world title challenger Miguel Beltran Jr. against Gabriel Pina in a 10 round junior lightweight bout.

Beltran (31-4, 21 KOs) has won his last two bouts after dropping three of his previous five bouts. Pina (12-12-5, 5 KOs) has lost to the likes of Francisco Vargas, Edivaldo Ortega, and Felipe Orucuta.
