Guaynabo, Puerto Rico - Former two division champion Iván Calderón (35-2-1, 6 KOs) made a lackluster return to the minimumweight division, capturing the WBO Latino title with a close ten round split decision over Mexican journeyman Felipe Rivas (11-9-1, 5 KOs). The scores were 97-93, 96-94 for Calderon and 96-94 for Rivas.

Super bantamwieght Wilfredo Vázquez Jr. (21-1-1, 18 KOs) returned for the first time since the May knockout loss to Jorge Arce, and stopped former champion Roberto Carlos “Mako” Leyva (28-14-1, 21 KOs) in the third round.

WBO female junior flyweight champion Yessica Bopp (17-0, 8 KOs) stopped Suzanne Warner (9-11-1, 2 KOs) in the first round.

Junior middleweight Jorge Meléndez (21-2-1, 20 KOs) won a ten round unanimous decision over Eric Mitchell (23-8-1, 11 KOs). All three judges saw it 96-94.
