Fans can look forward to a big night of fist fighting on April 27! The contestants of the two main attractions and their teams exude optimism before their respective fights at the Sporthalle Hamburg, Germany this Saturday.

Jürgen Brähmer (39-2, 30 KOs), European Light Heavyweight Champion: “I am physically and mentally at the height of my ability. I am not thinking about Nathan Cleverly and the WBO World Championship. My focus is completely on my current challenge and that is Tony Averlant!”

Tony Averlant (18-7-2, 4 KOs): “I feel as if I am at the top of my game. I am serious about when I say that I will be the new European Light Heavyweight Champion come Saturday night!”

“Golden” Jack Culcay (14-0, 10 KOs), WBA Intercontinental Light Middleweight Champion: “I love being challenged and Pitto should be a good test for me. I feel well prepared for this bout and I will defend my belt and take another step towards world-level.”

Guido Nicolas Pitto (17-1, 7 KOs): “Jack Culcay is a real good boxer, but I am as big as a threat for him as he is for me. I am even more excited because an international title is at stake. This will be a real tough battle between the two of us and I will take this chance and beat him!”

There will even be a third championship bout to happen that night when light heavyweight Dustin Dirks (27-0, 20 KOs) tries to defend his WBA Intercontinental Crown against Oleksandr Cherviak (10-2-1, 3 KOs). Said promoter Kalle Sauerland: “Overall, we will have eight fights on our show this Saturday. Besides the three title fights, I am most excited about Firat Arslan’s outing for our promotion inside the ring. If he beats Varol Vekiloglu, he will very well get another world title shot later this year.”
