CAGUAS, P.R.- Undefeated José 'Chiquiro' Martinez and Juan 'Cowi' Herrera are ready for their clash this Saturday April 4 at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mayagüez on what the main event of Boxing Al Maximo  series  present by Miguel Cotto Promotions together with H2 Entertainment and Roc Nation Sports.

The 22 years old fighter who is unbeaten in his career as  professional boxer showed yesterday his physical conditions in a media workout at the Miguel Cotto Carrasquillo Gym of La Fundación El Ángel  in Caguas.

"No doubt I had the best camp of my career," Martinez said  who is trained by veteran coach July Ortiz. "I feel better than ever. I know Cowi is a great fighter but we are ready for the challenge and for victory. This fight for me is like going for a world championship"

Juan 'Cowi' Herrera (10-8, 4KO’s) also showed his excellent conditions and remarkable hand speed.

"I've been working for the past eight weeks and the hard work has paid off," said El Cowi Herrera who in March 2014 had a fierce battle with former world champion Brian Viloria.

"Chiquiro is a fighter which goes toe to toe, I am going to work round by round. I want that title for my people and my family",said Herrera. Chiquiro Martinez vs. Cowi Herrera will be for the WBC’s vacant Latino title in the super flyweight division.
