Hard puncher Cesar "Junito" Seda Jr. (24-1, 17KOs) is going to face the Fecarbox featherweight champion of the World Boxing Council (WBC), Mexican fighter Hugo Partida (18-4-2, 15 KOs) on May 18th at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Seda will be making his debut as a Golden Boy Promotions fighter. The main event is going to be a battle of junior welterweight champions, with WBC interim-champion Lucas Matthysse facing IBF beltholder Lamont Peterson.
