Struer, Denmark - Super middleweight Patrick Nielsen made it to 29-1 with an unimpressive ten round points win over Colombian Beibi Berrocal (17-4) in the final fight of this edition of Sauerland Promotion´s  Nordic Fight Night.

Berrocal was on the floor in the second but after that the Dane faded and while he won clearly it was a poor showing. The three judges all had it 99-91 for Nielsen, who had his first fight in over a year.

Female super bantamweight and hometown heroine  (8-0) outscored German-Romanian Xenia Jornaec (7-2) over ten to win the vacant WBC Youth title. After ten it was scored 100-90 on all cards after a one-sided fight.

Middleweight Abdul Khattab (15-2) was stopped in the sixth round against Arman Torosyan (18-3-1). Torosyan had the punch while Khattab had the boxing skills and on this occasion the punch won it for Torosyan.

Khattab was down in the fourth but came back and had a good fifth round but was caught in the sixth and it was stopped at 2.30 with the Dane ahead on scores of 48-46 on all cards. Torosyan is now 3-0 against Danish opponents and for Khattab this might spell the end with Sauerland Event. The talent is there but the failure of putting it together against tough opponents is unfortunately also there.

Supermiddle Stefan Haertel moved to 13-0 and scored his first stoppage when the referee called off the one-sided contest against 42-year old Pole Tomas Gargula (18-5-1) at 1.52 of the eighth. Gargula was floored in the first but looked to be able to last the distance when it was stopped.

Superwelter Mikkel Nielsen (2-0) outscored Leri Tedeev (4-2) on scores of 60-54 on all cards in a six-rounder.

Light heavyweight Leon Bunn (2-0) opened this Sauerland Promotion show with a second round stoppage against Pole Przemyslaw Binienda (2-9). It was called off at 1.46. Binienda was floored twice in the first and again in the second.
