Eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao sat down with local reporters to discuss Floyd Mayweather's recent interview on Shade 45 Radio, where he said the Filipino star is solely to blame for their May 2nd mega-fight being a lackluster in-ring event.

Mayweather won a twelve round unanimous decision over Pacquiao at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

After the loss, Pacquiao said his performance was affected by a right shoulder injury, but he felt that he had done enough to earn the decision.

Mayweather was furious with Pacquiao's reasoning for underperforming and called him a "sore loser" and "a coward." Pacquiao complained that Mayweather was running around the ring and refused to stand still to fight with him.

“Let’s not fan the fire that he’s saying I’m a coward. The one who ran is the coward,” said Pacquiao to the Philippine Star.

Mayweather has rejected any thought of a rematch and said he might have considered the idea if Pacquiao had admitted defeat after their match.

Pacquiao's adviser, Michael Koncz, is not even sure if Pacquiao will fight again. At 36-years-old, he has shoulder surgery two weeks ago and is going to be out of the ring until 2016.

“Frankly I don’t know if we’d ever fight again,” Koncz stated.
