Palms Casino and Resort, Pearl Theater, Las Vegas, Nevada - In a battle of undefeated junior middleweight prospects, Oscar Molina (13-0-1, 10KOs) and Domonique Dolton (17-0-1, 9KOs) fought to a close, exciting ten round majority draw. The scores were 97-93 for Dolton, and two cards of 95-95.

Molina got off to a good start in the first, landing the better counters as the two boxers picked their spots in a very calculated first. Dolton reclaimed some lost ground in the second, letting his hands go more often and pushing Molina back.

At the start of the third, Dolton got rocked by a hook and Molina jumped on him with combinations. Dolton was sharp on the defense and counters, getting himself out of trouble with two-handed return fire. Dolton was pressing forward in the fourth, shooting off the better punches while Molina was mostly looking for one big punch.

Dolton continued stay calm, boxing and using angles and outworking Molina. Dolton's face was taking the bulk of the damage and was showing signs on significant swelling by the sixth round, with Molina having the heavier hands. Molina was ripping the body with a lot power when the seventh closed out.

Molina continued to rally in the eight, landing some heavy hooks during exchanges and was going back to the body. Dolton switched up in the ninth, choosing to stand and trade with the heavy handed Molina and outworking him at times but also getting hit with some big shots to the head and body.

It was a fire-fight in the tenth, with the fight possibly on the line - as both guys were standing at close range and trading shots until the final bell.
