Japanese Promoter, Akihiko Honda sent a communication to the WBC, informing of the rematch between WBC Featherweight world champion, Mexican fighter Oscar Larios, and Japanese challenger Takahiro Aoh, was properly signed to be held this coming March 12th, in Tokyo, Japan.

The World Boxing Council approved this voluntary defense to be carried out by the fighter from Jalisco, and the bout is expected to be as exciting and spectacular as the one they had last October 16th, in the same place, and which ended with a split decision in favor of “Chololo” Larios.

The battle was so exciting for the fans that it left great expectations for this rematch that will certainly be another magnificent show, and a sell-out.

Larios will step in the ring having a record of 63 wins; 39 of which were by knockout, whereas Aoh has won 16 of his bouts (8 knockouts) and has lost just once, precisely to Larios last year.
