IT ALL BOILED DOWN TO SCREWING OLE UNCLE SAM!

Ever since this Ramon “Yory Boy” Campas scandal was thrown in the lap of “The Equalizer” a fortnight ago, my life has been hell!  Watching things develop in the rapid manner in which I have, I found myself more often than not overwhelmed.  Today, I’m convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that I can prove in this article that there was a successful “Conspiracy to Defraud” the U.S. Government and Ramon Campas” out of deserved Taxes and monies!  And that the perpetrator is none other then Top Rank, Inc.’s Vice President Todd du Beof!

MEXICAN MEDIA (MARICONES) WORK ON TOP RANK PLANTATION

And while we can rail all day about Ramon Campas getting shorted financially, in reality, outside of myself and a select few, nobody really gives a s*it about a Mexican fighter being screwed.  You haven’t seen Telemundo, Univision, Telefutura, or even La Opinion, a paper read by millions, not one of these outlets has uttered, or penned a word on the fact that something is at least amiss here in regards to “Yory Boy” Campas and Top Rank.

“SELL OUTS” DOING THE NEWS NIGHTLY IN EL LAY!

Only one small Spanish newspaper wrote of Campas’ dilemma.  As for the predominantly Mexican TV Announcers that work the big fights in Spanish for Top Rank, to not hear from the talking heads (see shills) of Spanish TV, this after Yory had appeared on their Networks many times, this clearly illustrates a lack of stones.  That, and their being void of any real integrity as Journalists!  I mean if we couldn’t get these guys to aid Campas, one of their own, then it’s pretty obvious that prominent members of the “Mexican Media” are merely migrant workers on “Massa’ Bob’s” plantation!

YOU CAN PUNK YORY, BUT UNCLE SAM YOU CAN’T!

The U.S. Government, or the Internal Revenue Service, they won’t allow anybody to knowingly screw them over.  Forget the human being involvement, the Ramon Campas factor here folks, throw the fact he was abused out the window at once.  Instead envision the crime of “Tax Evasion,” the ticket that sent Al Capone to Prison.  In the coming paragraphs, I will lay out the entire Top Rank scheme that picked the pocket of Campas and the IRS.

IRS AGENT AT ALL OF THE BIG VEGAS FIGHTS!

Feeling that things just weren’t lining up in a straight line, I put on my thinking cap and laid “Operation Yory Boy” out on my front room floor.  After many solitaire hours on Monday night, going back over and over the documents and facts at hand, the answer finally became clear.  I again turn your attention to Exhibit 2, the Campas pay stub for his May 3, 2003 fight with Oscar De La Hoya.

TOP RANK TREATS WBC & WBA BETTER THAN UNCLE SAM!

With the “Official” purse amount being $100,000 on the Top Rank pay stub above, and the Contract Top Rank filed with the Nevada State Athletic Commission, the IRS took their $30,000 cut which is the standard 30% of the boxer’s purse at the arena on the night of May 3 fight.  And yet on this same Top Rank pay stub, the WBC & WBA were paid “Sanctioning Fees” of $9,000 each, which is not 3% of $100,000.  No, it is 3% of the real $300,000 purse.  Had Top Rank not filed a “Fraudulent Contract,” the United States Internal Revenue Service would have walked away that night with $90,000, and not the $30,000 they got!

TIME TO BREAK DOWN THE $300,000 FIGURE!

$300,000 Purse

-$90,000 IRS

-$20,000 Advance

+$190,000 Balance

-$19,000 WBA & WBC (WBA got additional $1,000 “Managers” Fee)

-$25 License

-$10,000 Anti-Doping

+$160,975 Balance Before Manager, Trainer, etc.

THE $100,000 “OFFICIAL” PURSE AMOUNT ON FILE!

$100,000 Purse

-$30,000 IRS

-$19,000 WBA/WBC $9K Each With WBA Manager Fee of $1,000

-$20,000 Advance

-$25 License

-$10,000 Anti-Doping.

+$20,975 Check of 5-3-03.

TOTAL OF MONIES SENT TO “STAR TRUCKING”

On May 20, 2003, Top Rank’s Toad du Beof sent a check for $180,000 to Star Trucking, which turns out to be a “Front” company for Campas’ then Manager Horacio Jiminez.

TOTALITY OF MONIES PURPORTEDLY RECEIVED BY CAMPAS!

+$20,000 Advance

+$73,511 Check from Star Trucking

+$20,975 Fight Night Check of 5-3-03.

$114, 486 Total Amount Purportedly Paid Campas.

NONE OF THESE FIGURES MATCH UP TO $100 OR $300K!

As clearly indicated in the charts above, these monies when dispersed, the figures do not fit perfectly into either the $300,000 or the $100,000 purse amount!  A full accounting of this is needed, as the numbers when compared to either amount, they just don’t mesh!

CHECK ON FILE TO STAR TRUCKING FOR $180,000!

OK, we know that Campas’ ex-Manager Horacio Jiminez, AKA “Star Trucking” received a check for $180,000 that was signed by Top Rank VO Toad du Beof on May 20, or 17 days after the fight with De La Hoya.  Where does this figure come from?  And this paying off weeks after the fact isn’t kosher as fighters are usually paid in full on the night of the fight.  This clearly proves to me that du Beof “Conspired” with somebody to “Defraud the IRS” out of at least $60,000.

THE FIGURES DON’T EVEN COME CLOSE TO EACH OTHER!

Putting together $180,000 & $20,000 makes $200,000.  With a $100,000 purse, either Toad overpaid Campas close to $100,000, or there is at least that much unaccounted for! Where is the other $80 to $100,000?  My suspicions want me to think Toad’s co-conspirators in “Operation Yory Boy” were Horacio Jiminez, and or Tijuana Promoter Fernando “Cuticles” Beltran.  (To see Exhibit #4 hit this link and then the return arrow on your browser to continue.)

THIS WILL SEND “TODD THE TOAD” TO JAIL!

Everybody has marveled at the manner in which Top Rank VP Toad du Beof, the way he has remained so cool, even after the FBI raided his office in January of 2004.  Well, the twerp isn’t talking too tough or acting cool these days!  You see for “Operation Matchbox,” Toad intended to place the blame on others at Top Rank, including Sean Gibbons, and if need be fellow Vice President Bruce Trampler.

HELL TO PAY FOR PLOTTING TO SCREW THE TAXMAN!

But with Toad du Beof’s signature on the $180,000 check to Star Trucking, after he filed a $100,000 Contract with the Nevada Athletic Commission just 17 days prior.  To me, this is clear proof that cannot be impugned.  In closing, I feel I have certainly proved that Toad du Beof, acting in his role as Top Rank VP, that he knowingly entered into a  “Conspiracy to Defraud” the United States Government of Taxes!

IRS NEEDS TO LOOK BACK AT OTHER TOP RANK FIGHTS!

And I’m willing to bet that should the IRS investigate the purses of high-profile Latino, predominantly Mexican fighters over the years that have fought in Las Vegas, that Uncle Sam will soon find that this $60 grand is just the tip of the iceberg that will sink what was once the great Top Rank ship!

AND THIS DOESN’T EVEN INCLUDE “OPERATION MATCHBOX!”

What a bar of leverage the Government has with this revelation.  Instead of Toad squealing on somebody in “Operation Matchbox,” “Operation Yory Boy,” which in reality was “Operation Screw Uncle Sam,” this puts du Beof right behind the eight ball of life again that is penal incarceration.  And once more, even if your Mom is a billionaire, it don’t friggen matter!  Just ask Martha Stewart.  And if a Jury disliked her, they’ll flat-out hate “Todd the Toad” du Beof.  Especially, if the FBI plays some of his “Tapped & Recorded” phone calls in which Todd is what he is, an arrogant, pompous, asshole!
