According to Montiel Promotions, junior flyweight Omar Nino (31-4-2-1, 13 KOs) is still scheduled to collide with countryman Samuel "Sammy" Gutierrez (30-7-2, 21 KOs) in a twelve round battle of former champions. Nino is scheduled to face WBO champion Brian Viloria (30-3, 17KOs) in a trilogy fight on April 1 in Manila.

The main event will feature former three division world champion Fernando "Kochulito" Montiel (46-4-2, 36 KOs) against Indonesian contender Angky Angkota (25-6, 14 KOs).

The card takes place in Sinaloa, Mexico.
