Last Saturday night at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa, middleweight prospect Nico Ali Walsh (4-0, 3 KOs) returned to ring, and added another stoppage win to his record.

Ali Walsh, the grandson of heavyweight legend Muhammad Ali, took down Jeremiah Yeager (1-2-1, 1 KO) in the second round, knocking him down for the first time with a right-left combination.

Just before the second knockdown, Ali Walsh broke out his grandfather's patented Ali Shuffle and finished things off with a left hook.

In a recent interview, the 21-year-old Ali Walsh revealed that prior to signing with Top Rank and turning pro last August, he received words of advice from current WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.

"Right before I signed for Top Rank, me and Tyson Fury spoke about on what it’s like to not have lot of fights in the amateurs," Ali Walsh said to Daily Star.

"We spoke about my grandfather because that’s the reason I became a fan of Tyson Fury’s – because he reminded me of my grandfather, because he spoke highly of him. It was amazing meeting him in person. He likes helping people out and doing charity work, he’s all about that. This is what sets him apart from other fighters because he fights for more than just for himself. And I love that.

"That’s one of the reasons he’s one of my favorite fighters today because of that reason – he has a bigger purpose than just the boxing. The biggest thing me and Tyson Fury talked about was our amateur experience because I always wanted to have more amateur fighters. He had a limited amateur career too. He said he had 35 amateur fights, something like that.

"He told me that it’s not about the amateur experience, if you want to fight you can have no amateur fights and still be a great professional fighter. When I was an amateur Mike Tyson gave me ton of advice, I constantly sought him. He actually made it to one of my fights and was talking to me about confidence. The biggest thing that I remember him saying to me was: 'confidence breeds success, success breeds confidence'."
