Texas Station Casino, Las Vegas - Light heavyweight contender Edison Miranda (35-6, 30KOs) sent a strong message to Isaac Chilemba (18-1-1, 9KOs). The vocal boxer from Colombia promised to end the fight in five rounds. Tomorrow night, Miranda-Chilemba headlines ESPN's live broadcast of Friday Night Fights. Chilembra promised to score a knockout in five rounds, and Miranda wants the same result - but in his favor.

"I keep reading the internet and this guy says that he's going to knock me out. What is he going to knock me out with? That's what I want to know. This isn't Africa, where you fight with the lions and tigers. This is America and ESPN Friday Night Fights. He said he doesn't believe the fight will go five rounds. I agree, I don't want the fight to go to the judges. This guy has fought nobody. He can't name a single real fighter that he fought. I'm going to destroy him tomorrow," Miranda said.
