It has been announced that the card is fully set for a big night of boxing on July 10 in Ekaterinburg, Russia, which will be promoted by the RCC Boxing Promotions, led by German and Alexey Titov, the father and son duo.

The only remaining spot was an opponent for welterweight fringe contender Dmitry “The Mechanic” Mikhaylenko (22-1, 10 KOs). Mikhaylenko, who is ranked #9 by the WBO and #15, will face higher-ranked Uzbek import Qudratillo Abduqaxorov (11-0, 8 KOs), for Qudratillo’s WBC Silver belt.

Mikhaylenko, 31, was relatively unknown until 2014, when he ventured across the ocean and made himself a name overseas by defeating five fringe contenders in a row, including Sechew Powell, Luis Cruz, former WBA interim champion Johan Perez and Karim Mayfield. Then he came back home only to unexpectedly lose to Zambia’s Charles Manyuchi in one of 2016's best fights in Russia.

Mikhaylenko came back in November 2016 by stopping Colombian veteran Breidis Prescott for the interim WBC Silver belt.

Abduqaxorov, 23, debuted in October 2015 and went 5-0, 5 KOs, in his native Uzbekistan before relocating himself to the Pearl of the Far East in Singapore.

After a rocky start, Abduqaxorov went 3-0, 3 KOs, in the first three months of 2017, stopping 18-13-1 Romeo Jakosalem and 17-2-1 Idd Pialari before blitzing 20-2-1 Manyuchi for the WBC Silver title In March. Abduqaxorov is rated #7 by the WBC, #8 by the WBA, and #11 by the IBF.

In the main event of the night, Super WBA cruiserweight champion Denis Lebedev (29-3, 22 KOs) makes the next defense of his belt versus unheralded WBA #8 Australian Mark Flanaghan (22-4, 15 KOs).

The rest of the card looks as follows:

Pavel Malikov (11-0, 5 KOs) vs. Daiki Kaneko (26-5-3, 18 KOs) – 10 rounds, lightweights

Mark Urvanov (10-1, 6 KOs) vs. Jin Miura (9-1, 1 KO) – 8 rounds for the WBO Asia Pacific youth featherweight title
