Miguel Espino continues to shine as he extended his winning streak to nine fights in a row.  The WBC CABOFE champion was successful in defending his title while defeating Roberto Valenzuela by way of 4th round TKO at the "Gymnasio Tigre Garcia" in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.  Espino who hails from North Hollywood, started off strong with a vicious body attack.

After suffering a cut over the right eye in the 2nd round form an unintentional headbutt, the former "Contender" reality TV star turned on the heat.  The cut seemed to ignite an already aggressive Espino, who then mounted an all out body attack that had Valenzuela backing up.  When the 4th round stared, Espino's sustained a relentless body attack while landing left hooks to Valenzuela's liver putting the rugged veteran down three times.

The bout was then halted at 2:52 of the round.  With the win, Espino moves closer to a world title shot and looks to build on his #19th ranking in the WBC.  This bout is brought to you by Cota Boxing Promotions in association with I.M.U.R.E.R.E out of Ensenada, Baja California Mexico
