SSE Arena, Belfast - In a junior middleweight fight, Caoimhin Agyarko (14-0, 7 KOs) took a step up in class to win a ten round split decision over Troy Williamson (20-2-1, 14 KOs).

The scores were 96-94 for Williamson, 98-92 for Agyarko, and 97-93 for Agyarko.

Many had expected fireworks in the bout, but they never happened, as Agyarko simply used his legs to work the ring and outboxed Williamson in most of the rounds. Williamson was busy at times, but not busy enough. In the final 30 seconds of the fight, Agyarko seemed to stun Williamson with a combination of punches.

For the WBO European super lightweight title, Sean McComb (18-1, 5 KOs) dominated Sam Maxwell (17-3, 11 KOs) over ten rounds of action for a wide unanimous decision.

The scores were 100-87, 100-87 and 99-88.

McComb's speed and footwork was too much for Maxwell to deal with. McComb scored knockdowns on Maxwell in the third, fifth and ninth. Maxwell had issues getting a rhythm going and got outhustled every time he tried to turn the tide. One of his other issues was pulling the trigger. Maxwell would get close, but not let his hands do.

While two of the knockdowns were minor, the third - with a hard left down the middle - had Maxwell on unsteady legs.

Maxwell suffers his second defeat in a row, as he was coming off a seventh round stoppage loss to Dalton Smith in July.

Lightweight prospect Cameron Vuong (3-0, 2 KOs) picked up a fourth round stoppage win over Michael Dufek (36-32).

Middleweight Fearghus Quinn (9-0, 3 KOs) secured a six round decision over Angel Emilov (11-54). The sole score was 60-54.

Leli Buttigieg (1-0, 1 KO) bagged a first round stoppage in his pro debut, over unbeaten Mario Oliveria (0-1)
