Despite the cancellation of the boxing gala that was scheduled for April 17, Eye of the Tiger Management received the green light from the Public Health of the Capitale-Nationale to hold an event.

The card, which will be presented behind closed doors, live on Punching Grace on May 15, will take place at the Hilton hotel in Quebec City. This event, presented by La Queen beer and Mise-O-Jeu, will feature a rematch between Mathieu "G-Time" Germain (18-2-1, 8 KOs) and Steve "The Dragon" Claggett (29-6-2, 19 KOs).

Fans remember the first clash between Germain and Claggett which ended with a tight draw verdict at the Casino de Montréal on January 26, 2019.

Although these two pugilists are now fighting under the aegis of EOTTM, they eagerly want to get back into the ring together to leave no doubt to boxing fans as to the outcome of this decisive fight. Recovering from a loss to Yves Ulysse jr., "G-Time" will have to dig deep to find the way to victory against Claggett who defeated David Théroux by KO on November 21.

“The first clash between Germain and Claggett created a lot of fireworks in addition to being the fight of the year in Canada in 2019. Despite the pitfalls we experienced regarding the postponement of the April 17 gala, we did everything to keep our boxers active and we are proud to be able to offer boxing fans the most highly awaited rematch on Canadian soil. This will conclude a quality card featuring 6 exciting fights. Additionally, we will soon be announcing the next bouts of David Lemieux, Erik Bazinyan, Arslanbek Makhmudov and Simon Kean," said EOTTM President Camille Estephan.

Five more fights will be available on Punching Grace as new EOTTM recruit Alexandre Gaumont makes his early debut.
