Welterweight Brad Solomon won an eight round unanimous over Armen Ovsepyan. Solomon (22-0, 8 KOs) was the more technical fighter, landing at will with the right hand. Solomon spent the second half of the fight waiting for Ovsepyan (14-4, 11 KOs) to initiate, which drew loud boos from the crowd because of the lack of action. All three judges scored the bout in favor of Solomon, 79-73, 79-73, and 78-74.

Super bantamweight Raul Hirales stopped Ernesto Guerrero in the third round of a scheduled eight round bout. Hirales (22-2-1, 11 KOs) dropped Guerrero with combination within the first 20 seconds of the opening round. Hirales controlled the bout and ended matters in the third round with a right hand that dropped Guerrero to the canvas. Referee Thomas Taylor waved the fight over at 2:31.

Pedro Duran (6-0, 4KOs) drilled Domonic Coca (8-8, 2KOs) in the first round with a single hard hook to the body. Coca went down for the full count.

Featherweight prospect Yuri Trogiianov (0-1) made his pro debut and took some serious punishment from the tougher and stronger Edwin Solis (6-2-3, 4KOs). After five rounds of damage, the referee had seen enough and stepped in to wave off the fight when Solis stunned Trogiianov in the sixth and final round.

A battle of super lightweights saw undefeated prospect Manuel Lopez (5-1, 4KOs) take his first loss as a pro when he struggled against Cameron Krael (5-5-2, 0KO) over four rounds. The scores were 38-38, and two cards of 39-37 for Krael.
