The attorney for former flyweight champion Luis 'El Nica' Concepcion (31-3, 22 KOs), Rogelio Espiño, reveals that he received an offer from Colombia, to have his pupil face local favorite Duván Hernandez (12-1-1, 9 KO), who never fought outside of his home country and lost his first pro bout by way of a four round decision. Concepcion currently holds the world flyweight (115 pounds) silver world title of the World Boxing Council (WBC).

"We received an offer from Colombia, for 'El Nica' to face local fighter Duván Hernández; we are currently analyzing [the offer] and also have to see if [the fight] has the backing of the WBC for the fight to have the silver title at stake," Espino said.
