WBC Flyweight Silver Champion, Luis "El Nica" Concepcion (30-3, 22 KOs) risks his title against Mexico's Carlos "El Divino" Fontes (17-1, 14 KOs) on Thursday, February 20 at Figali Plaza in Panama City, Panama.

"It's summer time and there are low possibilities of rain so we take the risk of presenting a boxing card outdoors by the Figali Convention Center where we have promoted years ago" said Rogelio Espiño, President of Promociones del Istmo, at the press conference held at the Fantastic Casino Dorado.

If Concepcion defends successfully his next fight could be against regular WBC Champion Akira Yaegashi from Japan.

"We have started conversations with the Japanese champion's promoters and we also offered Concepcion for a previous fight in case they want to use him to help promoting the Yaegashi clash," Espiño added.

World ranked minimumweight Leroy Estrada (11-1, 5 KOs ) and undefeated Jr. Welter Alberto "Metralleta" Mosquera ( 20-0-2, 13 KOs) are scheduled to be part of the Feb. 20 show.
