Lucas Bahdi improved to 10-0 with 10 knockouts on November 28th when he stopped Alejandro Palmero in 4 rounds in Mexico.

The rising lightweight prospect was in action 3 times in 2020 and plans on being even more active in the new year.

Bahdi, who is from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, is managed by former welterweight contender Phil Lo Greco.  He believes that Bahdi will soon show the world that he is the best lightweight prospect in the game.

“Lucas just fought in Mexico City.  It was his 3rd fight this year as we plan on keeping him active. At 10-0 with 10 knockouts - in my opinion he is one of the biggest prospects in boxing period,” Lo Greco stated.

The plan is for the 26-year-old to be fast tracked in 2021. Lo Greco plans on getting him signed with a promoter in the near future and hopes to get him a title shot by the end of 2022.

“He’s currently a free agent from a promotional prospective. I have been talking to many and I will look to get him signed to the right promoter soon.”

“I believe at the rate that he is going in 18 months or less we can see him fight against the likes of (Vasiliy) Lomachenko, (Teofimo) Lopez, (Devin) Haney , (Mikey) Garcia , or (Gervonta) Davis. The kid hits for real but he can also box. He has a city backing him (Niagara falls ) and he’s the next superstar boxer to come out of Canada.”
