Logan Paul has issued a direct warning to fellow social media star, Money Kicks, that he will get knocked out in a potential exhibition fight with five division former champion Floyd Mayweather.

Mayweather and Money Kicks [real name Rashed Belhasa] are reportedly nearing a deal to face each other in an exhibition fight atop the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai.

Mayweather retired from the sport in 2017, after knocking out UFC superstar Conor McGregor.

Since walking away from active fighting, Mayweather has taken part in three exhibition fights.

Last June, Mayweather fought an eight round exhibition with Paul, in the main event of a Showtime Pay-Per-View card.

Mayweather, 45-years-old, received some criticism over his performance in that fight, as many expected him to stop the inexperienced Paul inside the distance.

Because of the critics from the last outing, Paul believes Mayweather will attempt to blast out Money Kicks in one round - similar to what the unbeaten boxer did when traveled to Japan to face Tenshin Nasukawa in an exhibition.

During a video call, Paul warned Money Kicks to prepare for the worst possible ending in the ring.

"I love you but you're not going to beat Floyd - he's good bro. So here are the options; you get to say you fought Floyd Mayweather but you're going to get knocked the f--- out," Paul said.

"If you're going to do it [win], you have to keep it on the down low, and I'm not going to lie, it would have to be in round one. What he did with that Japanese boxer, he's probably trying to do that with you."
