June 3 is nearing, which means a rematch of a frenetic shootout between cruiserweight’s biggest punchers is just a few days away.

On this date, WBC #1, IBF #5 and WBO #10 banger Dmitry Kudryashov (20-1, 20 KOs) collides with WBC #2 and WBO #6 Nigerian Olanrewaju Durodola (25-3, 23 KOs) for Kudryashov’s WBC Silver cruiserweight title.

The winner of the fight will take on reigning WBC champion Mairis Briedis (22-0, 18 KOs).

A year and a half ago, those two collided in a huge fight, which ended in an upset loss for Kudryashov, who was knocked out in two. Durodola then lost on a TKO to Briedis before getting three quick knockout wins in a row. Kudryashov, meanwhile, recovered with two big kayos wins of his own.

Promoter of the event is Vasiliy Kostenko of SKV Boxing, who co-promoted it with the World of Boxing, ruled by Andrey Ryabinskiy.

The undercard of the show is all set up. There will be two minor title fights as part the supporting bouts.

Bantamweight Vyacheslav Mirzaev (8-0, 1 KO) will risk his WBC International Silver belt against dangerous Frenchman Anthony Settoul (22-5, 8 KOs), who is best known for his second-round TKO loss to Nonito Donaire in 2015. Super middleweight southpaw Khaybulla Madzhidov (9-8, 5 KOs) will try to win a vacant WBC CISBB 168lb title against well-travelled Serbian upset artist Geard Ajetovic (29-15-1, 15 KOs).

Two recently signed WoB talent will also take part in the show. Cruiserweight Alexey Egorov (1-0, 1 KO) takes on Alexander Kubich (9-4, 6 KOs), who has lost his last four. Also, heavyweight Andrey Afonin (2-0, 2 KOs) will be matched up with Czech Vaclav Pejsar (11-4, 9 KOs) over six.
