Kody Davies will fight again in a couple of months after signing a new promotional deal.

The Welshman has two pro wins under his belt to date and has recently shared the ring with Callum Smith and George Groves in sparring.

Davies, the talented light-heavyweight, will be looking to make a big impact on the division in the coming months, having inked an exclusive pact with Hayemaker Ringstar.

In addition to that, the southpaw has signed a managerial contract with Sam Jones and Adam Moralee's S-Jam Boxing.

And he will make his TV debut in his next fight after having the first date of his new link-up confirmed.

The 23-year-old has been formally added to the undercard of new promoter Haye's heavyweight grudge rematch against Tony Bellew.

The fight between Haye and Bellew is set for May 5 at the O2 Arena in London and will be screened on Sky Sports Box Office in the UK.

Davies will be joined on the undercard by Martin J Ward as he makes a defence of his European super-featherweight title against WBA International champion James Tennyson and John Ryder's crossroads super-middleweight tussle against former world title challenger Jamie Cox.

Joe Joyce, who demolished Boston's Donnie Palmer in just 38 seconds at York Hall recently, is set for a step-up outing on the bill, with David Haye's former foe Dereck Chisora being mentioned as a potential opponent, while there is understood to be action for Bellew-managed cruiserweight Craig Glover and both Willy Hutchinson and Michael Page.

Further names for the undercard will be revealed in due course.
