Khoren Gevor, last seen getting disqualified and suspended for punching the referee in his losing fight against WBO super middleweight champ Robert Stieglitz, will return on July 15 in Goeppingen and challenges WBC Int´l ruler Nikola Sjekloca.

Gevor, 31-6, was suspended for six months by the German Federation, BDB, after the Stieglitz fight on April 8 but is now cleared and ready to fight. Sjekloca is 20-0 but he's never been near the level of opponent that Gevor has fought and done well against.

Khoren gave WBA king Felix Sturm all he could handle and many felt he won but he ended up a close loser and he also fought Arthur Abraham, Dimitri Sartison, Lukas Konecny twice and beat Amin Asikainen in Helsinki to win the EBU middleweight title.

The show in Goeppingen is promoted by Arena Box Promotion and features three other title fights. Cruiserweight Firat Arslan take on Lubos Suda for the IBF Int´l title and at heavyweight Erkan Teper face Jakov Gospic for the WBC Mediterranean bauble. Finally, female light-flyweight Oezlem Sahin squares off against Corina Carlescu for the WIBF interim int´l belt.
