Khoren Gevor (32-7-1, 17KOs) is at it again. Gevor, a former EBU middleweight champ, has had several world title fights and came out a controversial loser against WBA champ Felix Sturm and also lost to Dmitri Sartison, Arthur Abraham and Robert Stieglitz.

In the Stieglitz fight, Gevor was disqualified - well behind on points - and then attacked the referee. Last weekend in Mechernich, Germany, Khoren fought Baker Barakat, who also promoted this GBA sanctioned show, in a six rounder. Gevor was not in best physical shape but still appeared to win a close decision despite losing the last round big.

However, Gevor had murder in his eyes when he saw the scoring referee add up the numbers and as soon as Barakat was announced as winner - all hell broke loose with Gevor attacking the official and everybody else trying to stop him.

Later on in the dressing rooms, the fighting continued and police had to be called in to break it up. Barakat vs. Gevor has by some sources been reported as a draw but in the ring Barakat was announced as the winner and the GBA have verified the result.
