Former two division champion Juan Manuel Lopez (33-2, 30KOs) is very upset with Mikey Garcia (31-0, 26KOs), who failed to make weight on Friday and lost his WBO featherweight crown on the scale. Garcia was overweight by two pounds, coming in at 128-pounds - while Juanma was 125.2.

Garcia was unable to drop the extra weight and Juanma, who threatened to withdraw from the fight, was paid a reported six-figure sum in order to move forward as scheduled on Saturday night at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

"He says he's a better fighter than me in the ring. But today I proved it on the scale [that I'm the better fighter]. Garcia was not professional in that sense. I fulfilled what I had to do. They had to pay me well or else I wasn't going to fight. I'm going to show everyone what I can do. I made the weight without any problems and we will take that title back to Puerto Rico," Juanma said.
