Estadio Deportistas Alvearenses, General Alvear - Juan Carlos Reveco (39-3, 19 KOs) won a twelve round decision over Komkrit Nanapetch (22-5, 15 KOs) over twelve rounds in an IBF final flyweight eliminator. The scores were 117-111, 118-110 and 120-108.

It was the third victory for Reveco since suffering a knockout loss to Kazuto Ioka in their December 2015 rematch.

Both of Reveco's defeats since 2007 have come at the hands of Ioka. Nanapetch suffered his second career defeat in a row, after suffering a decision loss to Filipino great Donnie Nietes in April.

Also in Poland, heavyweight contender Krzysztof Zimnoch (22-2-1, 15 KOs) was shocked before his home crowd, when he suffered a third round knockout at the hands of Joey Abell (34-9, 32 KOs).

The loss is a huge setback for Zimnoch, who managed to rebuild his career after suffering another stunning knockout loss, to another tough American contender, back in February 2016 at the hands of Mike Mollo.

Zimnoch was able to win four fights in a row, including a revenge stoppage victory over Mollo. His last victory came back in April, when he stopped a very way past his prime Michael Grant.

For Abell, this was his third victory in a row since suffering a knockout loss at the hands of Oscar Rivas in November 2015.
