A purse bid was scheduled for June 2, 2009 for the IBF Mini Flyweight Eliminator for #1 between #3, Nkosinathi Joyi and #4, Florante Condes.  The IBF received written notification and the contracts indicating that both sides had reached an agreement.  The bout is scheduled for June 26, 2009 in East London, South Africa.

Based on that information the IBF has canceled the purse bid scheduled for June 2, 2009.
