Jack McGann has had his next fight date confirmed.

The former MMA man was last in action last month.

McGann outpointed Eric Nwankwo over six rounds at the King George’s Hall in Blackburn.

And after moving to 2-0-1 with one early, the 25-year-old has revealed that he will be back between the ropes in a couple of months’ time.

The man who is looked after by Alex Matvienko and Owen Roddy, managed by Warren Management and promoted by Frank Warren will fight on June 15, as part of the supporting cast to a world title fight.

McGann has been added to the undercard of Josh Warrington’s IBF featherweight title mandatory defence against Kid Galahad at the First Direct Arena in Leeds, exclusively live on BT Sport.

“The atmosphere is going to be unreal and it can’t come quick enough,” McGann, who made his debut last July on the undercard of Tyson Fury’s comeback against Sefer Seferi at Manchester Arena, said when confirming the news on social media.

Jack Bateson, the former Team GB member who is next in action on May 25 at the Banqueting Suite at Leeds United’s Elland Road stadium, is also set to fight on the card, with further additions to be revealed in due course.
