Klimov recovered by the third round and was trying to work his way back into the fight. Luna was digging hard to the body and continued to bang away on that body in the fourth round. A clash of heads in the fourth opened up a cut above the left eye of Klimov.

Klimov was holding his own in the fifth and sixth, but didn't have the power to do any damage to Luna, who was slowing down and not letting his hands go. Luna came out like bull at the start of the seventh, throwing combinations to the head and body like a man possessed. Luna eventually settled down, but then let his hands go again in the final thirty seconds. The eight and ninth were give and take between the two fighters as they both had their moments. Klimov was once again staggered for a moment during an exchange in the ninth.

There were trading away in the tenth round. Luna landing harder and Klimov landing more punches. A bad cut opened up above the left eye of Luna during their toe to toe slugfest to close out the fight.

2016 Olympian Karlos Balderas (1-0, 1 KO) made his pro debut with a first round stoppage win over Thomas Smith (3-5-1).

Balderas looked sharp, landing hard shots on Smith at will. There was a huge talent gap between the two fighters and Smith's corner had seen enough after the beating their fighter was taking.
