In an effort to help tidy up the sport, the sanctioning body has ordered testing in title fights, meaning either Joseph Parker or Andy Ruiz will need to take time out of their celebrations to leave a sample.

Parker has already signed up to VADA, the voluntary anti doping agency, and his promoter Dean Lonergan said it was important the sport was drug free.

"It's mandatory our guys are clean - it's as simple as that," he said.

Parker and Ruiz will battle for the vacant WBO Heavyweight Title this Saturday in Auckland, New Zealand.  The tape delay will open the December 10 HBO World Championship Boxing® telecast, beginning at 9:35 p.m. ET/PT and will be immediately followed by the Terence Crawford vs. John Molina Jr. Jr. WBO Welterweight Championship fight at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha.

Parker (21-0, 18 KOs), hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Ruiz (29-0, 19 KOs), from Mexico.  The winner of this historic match will become the first world heavyweight champion from their respective country.

"I don't put money on fights.  I do give Andy a great chance to win this fight.  I always tell people, the best way to lose money is to bet on a fight. Andy is in sensational shape for this fight," said Bob Arum of Top Rank.

"Andy has the fastest hands in a heavyweight that I have seen since Muhammad Ali.  And he really stands in there and takes the fight to his opponent.  The winner of this fight will be the preeminent heavyweight.

"The competition in the heavyweight division will be great in the years to come and these two will lead it.  Ruiz and Parker will help make the heavyweight division the premier division in boxing. We're celebrating my (85th) birthday here in New Zealand on December 8, which really isn't my birthday because back home where I was born it will be December 7."
